Requirements
- Demonstrate a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
- Be comfortable with hands-on, high-volume outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
- Use SQL and Google Sheets to pull and organize data independently.
- Apply strong data and analytical skills.
- Use strategic judgment to form hypotheses and create plans with measurable outcomes.
- Show a track record of turning strategy into pilots and experiments, then scaling successful ones.
- Be comfortable developing new areas without an existing playbook.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders in writing and meetings.
- Bonus: Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or startup operations.
- Bonus: Experience recruiting, onboarding, or engaging drivers, couriers, or other gig workers at scale.
- Bonus: Experience building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships.
- Bonus: Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations, including FMCSA, DOT, or owner-operators.
Responsibilities
- Plan supply builds across markets.
- Onboard and activate drivers.
- Manage lifecycle communications across markets.
- Explore growth levers across the driver network and turn promising opportunities into scalable programs.
- Run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria.
- Scale successful experiments across the marketplace.
- Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation.
- Report supply growth trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
