Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, product operations, program management, consulting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, change management, and organizational enablement.
- Ability to identify opportunities across business functions and translate successful solutions into scalable organizational capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, creating implementation plans, establishing governance, and measuring business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including turning data and complex challenges into recommendations and actionable plans.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including influencing stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and communicating with senior leaders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, servicing, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience implementing automation, artificial intelligence, customer-engagement technologies, or other emerging capabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
- Identify proven capabilities, technologies, automation opportunities, AI applications, and operating practices to scale across operational functions.
- Lead strategic enablement initiatives from opportunity identification and business-case development through implementation, adoption, performance measurement, and optimization.
- Translate operational needs into business requirements and partner with Product and Technology teams on scalable solutions.
- Establish governance, workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision points for cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive alignment across teams and manage risks, constraints, dependencies, competing priorities, and implementation challenges.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, implementation frameworks, and operating approaches for rolling out new capabilities.
- Measure performance and adoption using data, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide recommendations, progress updates, and decision support to senior leadership.
- Build cross-functional partnerships and promote consistent execution across operational teams.
