Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or a marketplace business.
- Proficiency in writing SQL, building tracking systems, and designing experiments.
- Track record of owning a metric and driving measurable results.
- Understanding of how to influence sales team performance through training, coaching, and incentives.
- Experience managing business partnerships and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication skills with experience writing clear decision-focused documentation.
- Ability to travel for occasional in-person team meetings in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Own the numbers and accountability for vehicle protection product attachment rates and revenue.
- Design and launch changes to sales team and digital product presentation, scaling based on performance results.
- Analyze data using SQL to conduct experiments and identify performance drivers.
- Partner with product providers to manage day-to-day relationships, review performance, and negotiate terms.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Enablement, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success teams.
