Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy role at a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Technical proficiency in building tools using AI and APIs.
- Proven experience driving initiatives from analysis through implementation.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around deadlines.
- Commercial judgment to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Candid communication skills regarding data-driven conclusions.
- Persuasive skills to align internal and external partners around strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate historical performance of partners, events, and initiatives from acquisition through loan funding.
- Build ROI cases for new initiatives to determine strategic priorities for schools, partners, and segments.
- Identify distribution channels for refinance opportunities and develop execution plans.
- Lead diligence and onboarding for new lenders in both in-school and refinance markets.
- Set milestones and metrics to manage the operating cadence across business units.
- Take hands-on ownership of teams or functions to fill leadership gaps or accelerate growth.
