- Clearly explain federal repayment programs including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities
- Guide borrowers through pulling refinance offers via the Juno platform
- Send timely follow-up communications after each meeting and support clients through the full application process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions
- Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings as needed based on each borrower's situation and timeline
