Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff roles, or technical program management.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders directly.
- Experience managing operational tech stacks, vendor relationships, and tracking organizational budgets/OPEX.
- Demonstrated ability to write and speak at a leadership altitude.
- Proven capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal direct authority.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex, parallel work threads.
- Experience in an Office-of-the-CxO or serving as a dedicated right-hand to a senior leader is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (GCP, AWS, or Azure), cybersecurity, or developer platforms is preferred.
- Experience partnering with technical enablement, customer engineering, or sales engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and facilitate leadership staff meetings, quarterly planning, and retrospectives to ensure cross-team alignment.
- Partner with leadership to draft, cascade, and track OKRs while mitigating schedule risks.
- Govern the decision log to ensure accountability and follow-through on initiatives.
- Lead financial forecasting, budget tracking, and business case development for enablement infrastructure.
- Manage end-to-end vendor renewals, relationships, and the operational tech stack lifecycle.
- Maintain a current business narrative, including strategy, metrics, and risks, for executive leadership.
- Prepare the Head of GTE for executive reviews and QBRs through briefings and dry-runs.
- Represent the Head as a proxy in key forums to carry context and hold leadership-level discussions.
- Serve as the strategic coordination bridge between pillar leads and external partners.
- Execute high-priority operational shifts and strategic rollouts across global teams.
