Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization.
- Proven track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects.
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams delivering products to production.
- 2+ years of software development experience, ideally in system-level technical design.
- Deep technical understanding to guide the development process.
- Experience with scope, schedule, resourcing, and quality/verification steps.
- Proficiency in risk and critical path management.
- Experience communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
- Strong initiative and ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide software development project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver products.
- Understand product and business requirements driving engineering programs.
- Manage and track engineering project delivery schedules and dependencies (Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, PM).
- Identify gaps and communicate them to stakeholders until resolution.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones to maintain high velocity.
- Drive effective and consistent processes in the engineering organization.
