Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, as well as Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience working with large data sets and creating pivot tables.
- Experience with Power BI, Siebel/Oracle, Hyperion, or other business management systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Understanding of business processes, performance metrics, reporting, and operational improvement.
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% or more across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HVAC Service leadership to provide analytical support for strategic service initiatives and related programs.
- Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end reporting processes, metrics, and tracking expectations for field teams and stakeholders.
- Create and deploy key performance indicators that help leadership and local market teams monitor performance and make informed operational decisions.
- Deliver consistent reporting on financial expectations, commitments, operational performance, and program outcomes.
- Develop and implement program enhancements, analytical tools, and technology platforms that improve field capabilities and operational effectiveness.
- Train field teams and leadership on new programs, metrics, analytical tools, and process enhancements to support successful adoption.
- Participate in application functional design and review processes, helping ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational goals.
