Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or general management.
- Proven track record of owning a metric and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and experiment design.
- Experience working with sales teams, including understanding training, coaching, and incentive structures.
- Ability to manage external partners, run business reviews, and negotiate terms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional decision-making.
- Ideally experienced in fintech, lending, or a marketplace business.
- F&I (Finance and Insurance) experience is a plus.
- Startup experience managing a business line or P&L end-to-end is a plus.
- Fluency with AI tools for analysis and documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for vehicle protection product attach rates and overall F&I business revenue.
- Design and launch experiments to improve product presentation across sales and digital channels.
- Perform independent data analysis using SQL to identify drivers of performance.
- Manage daily partner relationships, review performance monthly, and negotiate rates.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Enablement, Product, Analytics, and Lender Success teams.
