Requirements
- Have a B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Have at least five years of experience owning and completing sales operations tasks and responsibilities.
- Have at least three years of direct CRM experience creating reports, analyzing trends, and designing or implementing process changes.
- Bring strong Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to sales leaders and other stakeholders.
- Have experience working across departments to improve processes and resolve data issues.
- Have reliable power and secured internet running at 11 mbps or more.
- Have a designated private work area with minimal interruptions.
- Be able to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and navigate change.
- Be willing and able to travel multiple times a year, including overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs.
- Be able to attend and professionally engage in video meetings with employees and clients.
- Self-funded health plan knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Zoho CRM experience or certifications are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer Zoho CRM and maintain the quality of accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and account ownership data.
- Establish and maintain standards for required fields, opportunity stages, deal updates, account hierarchy, and pipeline hygiene.
- Coordinate commercial forecasting by collecting inputs, maintaining underlying data, consolidating results, and reporting changes against prior forecasts and actual performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, sales production, conversion, account activity, and commercial performance.
- Analyze results by territory, seller, channel, partner, and product to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for leadership.
- Document, administer, and improve sales processes, including lead assignment, opportunity management, proposal and RFP coordination, and sales-to-implementation handoffs.
- Maintain approved territory, account, lead, and quota assignment records and provide analysis for coverage and resource-allocation decisions.
- Work with Marketing to track lead sources, campaign results, and qualified-lead conversion into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR on sales incentive data, calculations, reporting, and approved plan changes.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to improve sales technology and implement approved changes.
