Have 6–8+ years of experience, including at least one RevOps build from scratch or major foundation reset.
Bring strong Salesforce experience, including flows and integrations.
Be comfortable working with data using tools such as SQL or Python.
Know the Revenue Operations tooling landscape and how to assess what works at scale.
Use AI in concrete ways in your current role.
Use data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, including in uncomfortable conversations.
Communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
Balance immediate process improvements with longer-term systems design.

Own vendor relationships, revenue tools, and integrations, including Salesforce, Gong, and ChiliPiper.
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build dashboards and reporting to show performance against targets and provide visibility into pipeline and forecast accuracy.
Analyze process and data gaps and prioritize improvements to support scalability.
Operationalize Customer Success workflows for customer health, churn prediction, renewals, escalations, and expansion.
Create Sales and Customer Success rules of engagement and build enablement infrastructure.
Build capacity planning and territory models, set quotas, and administer compensation.
Analyze win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, and customer segmentation trends.
Support pricing and packaging changes, pipeline reviews, and Sales and Customer Success QBRs.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion tracking, and workflows to address at-risk accounts.
