  • Support the deployment of scalable infrastructure and tooling (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Sigma) to support analytics, reporting, and real-time data exchange.
  • Drive high-impact analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data.
  • Build and scale robust data pipelines and governance practices to ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and external teams to prioritize data initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain real-time analytics capabilities to monitor key metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other teams to integrate analytics into production systems.
  • Align data infrastructure to be flexible in organization’s strategic priorities.
  • Augment analytics processes with AI use cases.
