Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Compact unrestricted RN license.
- Must be licensed in Rhode Island or willing to obtain.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
- Minimum 2 years oncology nursing experience.
- Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHR systems.
- Oncology-related certifications (OCN, AOCN, AOCNS) or CCM preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compliance with company vaccination and testing policy.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support via phone, email, or video.
- Perform symptom triage from surveys and inbound reports.
- Identify and address patient needs including care coordination and provider referrals.
- Educate patients on diagnoses and care offerings.
- Build relationships with patients and their care networks.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and non-clinical health partners.
- Adhere to clinical protocols and documentation standards.
