Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent experience.
- Bring strong problem-solving instincts and curiosity about how systems work.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to create processes and playbooks.
- Demonstrate an ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines.
- Bring client-facing or health system-facing experience; this is described as ideal.
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences and write actionable bug tickets, SOPs, and launch plans.
- Have hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience; this is strongly preferred.
- Be able to build dashboards and identify patterns; SQL expertise is not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform.
- Own Athena and Epic configuration, including clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and staff access management.
- Lead health system EHR integrations, including FHIR/HL7 data exchange, IT coordination, and go-live timelines.
- Standardize bug intake and prioritization, and coordinate issue scoping, resolution, and status communication.
- Build launch toolkits and training materials, and coordinate launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Create and maintain clinical systems SOPs and onboarding materials for clinic teams.
- Drive feature parity across markets and identify opportunities to use AI and automation in product operations.
- Build dashboards and quarterly reports on feature adoption, issue resolution, rollout health, and platform performance.
