Requirements
- Bring 2+ years of professional experience in product management, product operations, project management, QA, or a comparable operational role.
- Have direct experience in healthcare; care delivery or clinical software experience is preferred.
- Bring strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage a busy backlog, bug reports, and multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with different audiences, including clinical staff, and translate between technical and non-technical language and clinical workflows and product requirements.
- Take initiative, work autonomously, and know when to involve others.
- Be motivated to understand clinician, care team, and patient workflows.
- Be comfortable with product and project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Claude, or Figma, and learn new systems quickly.
- Pay close attention to documentation, QA, requirements, and edge cases.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, clinicians, and operators.
- Experience with EHR systems or care management/coordination platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize the product backlog by refining, tagging, and prioritizing tickets and preparing work for engineering.
- Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight specifications with Product, Engineering, and Design leads.
- Plan and run product rituals, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Triage bug reports and feature requests, investigate their root cause and impact, and track fixes with Engineering.
- Troubleshoot technology questions from clinical and operational teams and route complex issues to Engineering.
- Coordinate QA and UAT by testing functionality, verifying fixes, and confirming releases are ready to ship.
- Maintain product specifications, workflows, known issues, and release notes.
- Gather feedback from clinical and care teams through shadowing, interviews, and data, and translate findings into problem statements and opportunities.
