Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years owning consumer or patient-facing digital products.
  • A record of measurably improving engagement, retention, or activation at scale.
  • Hands-on SQL skills and fluency with product analytics tools such as Looker, PostHog, or Amplitude.
  • Experience with advanced experiment design and analysis.
  • Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through shipping, measurement, and iteration, while setting long-term direction.
  • Experience influencing executive and company-level decisions without formal authority.
  • Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered product features.
  • Preferred: healthcare or digital health experience, including chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, or GLP-1 management.
  • Preferred: familiarity with behavioral design frameworks such as BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, or nudge theory.
  • Preferred: B2B2C product experience or experience with React Native or mobile app development workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the member experience, connecting it to Vida 2.0.
  • Prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to the home screen, logging, goal setting, content, and care team interactions.
  • Set member experience OKRs and success metrics, and take accountability for engagement, retention, churn, activation, and NPS.
  • Use SQL, Looker, and PostHog to analyze product behavior, identify friction and drop-off, and inform decisions.
  • Build member experience dashboards and establish a regular data review cadence.
  • Design, run, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests and personalization and intervention tests.
  • Plan and conduct user research, including moderated testing, concept validation, and prototype testing.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical on delivery, technical tradeoffs, launches, and care workflows.
  • Align with senior stakeholders and partner product groups on member experience, enrollment, re-engagement, and lifecycle messaging.
