Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping products used by real end users at scale.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven features.
- Strong customer research skills and experience translating insights into product strategies.
- Platform thinking experience, including designing systems and frameworks for multiple downstream consumers.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and explain complex technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Hardware-software experience, including familiarity with firmware constraints, embedded systems, or connected devices, is a plus.
- Experience building in-vehicle products is a plus.
- Experience with voice-based or audio products, or hands-free and eyes-free interaction design, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the In-Vehicle Experience platform governing voice, content, and communications delivered to drivers through the dash camera.
- Define and prioritize features that let clients use the in-cab camera as a trusted companion in daily workflows.
- Build the in-vehicle experience platform and prioritization layer for internal teams.
- Partner with firmware and full-stack engineering teams to address hardware and embedded-system constraints and deliver in-cab experiences.
- Conduct ride-alongs, interviews, and usability sessions to understand how non-desk workers interact with in-cab technology.
- Collaborate with AI and ML teams to integrate intelligent features into the in-cab experience.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive experimentation and iteration using data and customer feedback.
