Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of product management experience and a proven ability to build and scale products from early stages.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Be able to work in person when needed with the CEO.
- Demonstrate product fundamentals in customer discovery, problem definition, prioritization, requirements writing, roadmap planning, execution management, launch planning, and post-launch iteration.
- Translate strategic vision into products customers use and value.
- Balance user experience, business impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and scalability.
- Use data to define goals and drive teams to deliver measurable product impact.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and influence without direct authority.
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining clarity, structure, and accountability.
- Preferred: experience in startups, healthcare, health-tech, or wellness.
- Preferred: experience with e-commerce, subscription systems, marketplace platforms, customer portals, partner platforms, or operationally complex digital products.
- Preferred: familiarity with direct sales, MLM, affiliate, or partner network models.
- Preferred: experience in regulated industries or compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or FDA; proficiency with tools such as Linear, Figma, Miro, Jira, or Notion is also valued.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team, including the CEO, to translate strategic vision into products.
- Represent customers and Brand Partners in product decisions.
- Translate customer, Brand Partner, operational, and stakeholder needs into product requirements and user outcomes.
- Define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and ship solutions toward measurable goals.
- Own products from concept through launch and post-launch improvement.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and Brand Partner teams.
- Build and maintain product backlogs that balance quick wins and strategic initiatives.
- Drive milestones, resolve blockers, and maintain team execution.
- Gather and analyze user research, customer feedback, Brand Partner input, business data, and market analysis.
- Create product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, technical specifications, workflows, launch plans, and success criteria.
