Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, campaign management, or a related function.
- Have experience managing multiple programs and deadlines.
- Be proficient with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including campaign setup, attribution, and reporting.
- Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools are a plus.
- Have experience managing vendors, sourcing suppliers, negotiating requirements, and ensuring delivery and quality expectations are met.
- Have budget-management experience, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and financial reconciliation.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate across internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing timelines, budgets, and program requirements.
- Be proactive and self-directed, with the ability to build processes and solve operational challenges independently.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including registration pages, campaign records, tracking, and attribution setup.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for partner events, from venues and catering to registration, attendee tracking, and day-of execution.
- Manage the regional marketing swag program, including inventory, ordering, fulfillment, vendor coordination, and spend tracking.
- Maintain budget trackers and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Develop operational frameworks such as campaign calendars, project trackers, intake forms, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, including leads, deal registrations, pipeline influence, ROI, and Salesforce attribution.
- Collaborate with partner marketing managers, channel sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver programs.
- Support post-campaign follow-up and ensure results, attribution, and financial information are accurately captured.
