Requirements
- Have 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a comparably rigorous analytical role.
- Bring strong financial modeling ability, including building clean, auditable models with transparent assumptions.
- Be fluent in SaaS and company-level metrics and their drivers.
- Show genuine curiosity about AI and ambition to use it in your work.
- Work independently across multiple concurrent projects.
- Explain the story behind financial results to leaders outside Finance.
- AI-tool experimentation, SaaS or recurring-revenue exposure, fundraising or M&A support, and hardware or tech-enabled company experience are nice-to-haves.
Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly forecast and budget-versus-actual cycle, including variance commentary.
- Own SaaS and company-level metrics, including ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn multiple, and hardware financing economics.
- Lead implementation and ongoing ownership of Aleph, the AI-native financial planning platform.
- Lead go-to-market analytics across pipeline, funnel conversion, retention, and sales productivity.
- Prepare board and investor reporting materials, data room content, and diligence support.
- Build AI workflows and agents to automate recurring analysis, with checks and reconciliations.
- Develop scenario and decision models for pricing, headcount ROI, and capital allocation.
