Requirements
- Have a college degree or equivalent educational background.
- Have 0–1 year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a related internship.
- Collaborate effectively within a distributed sales organization.
- Understand customer pain points and connect business challenges with relevant value propositions.
- Demonstrate strong professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Organize and manage multiple requests, priorities, and time demands while meeting production goals.
- Show drive, resilience, competitiveness, and determination to achieve results.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative sales environment.
- Handle rejection and high-volume prospecting activities with confidence and adaptability.
- Learn sales tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
- Familiarity with Orum, Outreach, Regie AI, Salesforce, Seamless.AI, or ZoomInfo is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Research prospective accounts, identify customer needs, and connect them with relevant products and services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within an assigned territory or portfolio of accounts.
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and assess their potential as sales opportunities.
- Engage prospective customers, including senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Develop sales plans and manage activities across assigned accounts and territories.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal partners to support pipeline development and customer engagement.
- Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales development targets.
- Build knowledge of the product portfolio and serve as a point of contact in early-stage prospect conversations.
