Requirements

  • Bring 1-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or at a startup.
  • Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills, including the ability to examine raw data sets and customer interaction logs to find root causes.
  • Maintain precise, current, and error-free reporting with strong attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable using data assessment tools such as Excel, SQL, or dashboard/BI tools.
  • Manage multiple recurring reporting cadences with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply, and Product.
  • Bring knowledge of customer service and dispute practices; experience in fintech, travel, or memberships is preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends, problems, and regulations is a bonus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Assess partner operational output against key metrics and oversee SLA adherence across CSAT, escalation volumes, booking cancellations, and reimbursement/dispute workflows.
  • Investigate performance deviations and identify root causes.
  • Build and maintain partner scorecards and reporting tools that show current and historical partner health by provider tier and recurring friction points.
  • Support dispute, credit, and escalation workflows with data, documentation, and analysis.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and calculate the financial impact of disputes, credits, and escalated cases.
  • Turn findings into evidence-based recommendations for the team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Data, Supply, and Internal Ops teams to align performance benchmarks and organizational objectives.
