Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, R&D or engineering operations, analytics, business systems, program management, AI enablement, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to solve business or operational problems.
- Experience building, configuring, testing, and refining AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Claude and ability to build and iteratively improve Claude-based projects, agents, workflows, or other AI solutions.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and improving reliability through prompt design, instructions, context management, source-data refinement, testing, and feedback.
- Understanding of hallucination risk and human review or approval in AI workflows.
- Experience working closely with software engineering, product, technical, or R&D teams and translating operational needs into practical solutions.
- Comfort working with structured operational data using SQL, spreadsheets, reporting platforms, or BI tools.
- Ability to analyze operational and development data and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Rovo, engineering analytics platforms, BI tools, workflow automation, or APIs and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Track operational KPIs against targets, report performance gaps, and help put corrective actions in place.
- Identify and prioritize practical AI use cases, then help design, implement, and improve solutions.
- Support rollout and adoption of AI and automation tools through guides, training, and hands-on user support.
- Monitor and improve live AI tools and agents, ensuring they have accurate, current, and appropriate information.
- Map and improve operational processes, documenting processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
- Support R&D and Engineering initiatives by developing metrics and reporting on delivery, capacity, workflow health, and operational trends.
- Audit business and operational data for accuracy and work with teams to resolve inconsistencies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate system integrations and new AI-agent requests, and help manage operational projects, budgets, systems, and vendors.
- Follow and help maintain responsible-use, data privacy, quality, and security controls for AI and automation.
