Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in contact centers or customer operations.
- Strong foundation in strategy development and driving cross-functional results in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to act as a structured, data-driven problem solver with a bias for action.
- Experience managing transformation work without a predefined playbook.
- Ability to travel approximately four times a year for two to five days at a time.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, or process/workflow redesign (preferred).
- Background in financial services or consumer-facing products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and size problems worth solving within Mission Lane's context.
- Evaluate vendors and solutions to build business cases.
- Sequence transformation work and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Deliver measurable outcomes for cost, quality, and customer experience.
- Establish governance frameworks to sustain and improve operational changes.
