Requirements
- Have 3–6 years of B2B business development experience in agency, media, or professional services.
- Bring a proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from source to close.
- Understand how marketing leaders buy, including internal dynamics, approval processes, and terminology.
- Be proficient with HubSpot and maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Manage 5–10 active deals simultaneously without misses.
- Use conversion rates, activity targets, and pipeline data to prioritize work and assess ideal customer fit.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with senior marketing decision-makers.
- Manage parallel workstreams across events, outreach, active deals, and referrals.
- Have a suitable quiet workspace for video calls and support smooth virtual collaboration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop the pipeline through targeted prospect messages, event prospect lists, and trade-show attendance.
- Complete post-event and post-webinar follow-up within 48 hours.
- Qualify prospects, confirm routing, and schedule Blueprint Sessions.
- Co-facilitate Blueprint Sessions with the CEO while learning the format, then work toward leading sessions independently.
- Assign audit teams within 24 hours of each Blueprint Session and manage prospect communication through the audit period.
- Attend audit presentations, capture objections, and confirm clear next steps.
- Coordinate proposals with CEO input on scope and pricing, and own post-proposal follow-up.
- Log deal details, stages, next actions, and loss reasons in HubSpot; run weekly pipeline reviews with the CEO.
- Manage the referral channel with Client Strategists and track outreach and introductions in HubSpot.
