Have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related enablement function.
Demonstrate hands-on experience personally building enablement programs and learning experiences.
Have strong hands-on expertise with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or equivalent digital learning authoring tools.
Have experience creating and editing video and multimedia learning content.
Bring advanced PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for information design, visual storytelling, and presentation quality.
Have experience with learning management systems and sales enablement platforms; Seismic experience is highly desirable.
Understand adult learning, learning-experience design, curriculum development, and blended-learning principles.
Be able to establish learning objectives and translate them into practical learning experiences and assessments.
Have experience working directly with subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders to develop content.
Understand sales environments and the needs of sellers and sales leaders.
Bring strong written communication, editing, and content-simplification skills.
Have project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Design and develop self-paced learning experiences that translate complex concepts into practical learning.
Build and publish digital learning using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or comparable authoring platforms.
Create and edit video, audio, graphics, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, practice activities, and assessments.
Partner with enablement leaders to translate business priorities into learning strategies, objectives, and blended learning journeys.
Work with subject-matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and other functions to develop and simplify content.
Provide learning-experience expertise across concurrent enablement initiatives and establish reusable templates and standards.
Manage learning experiences in Seismic and other learning and enablement platforms, including LMS curricula, assignments, and tracking.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, review cycles, and updates to learning assets.
