Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably business, education, organizational development, or healthcare.
- 4+ years of experience in leadership development, sales/commercial training, instructional design, or commercial enablement, including direct experience building original training or leadership content; or 4+ years of field sales experience in healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or a related space with demonstrated leadership or content development experience.
- Proven experience creating original training or leadership content from the ground up.
- Experience in leadership development, leadership coaching, or new-manager development.
- Strong facilitation skills for engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Ability to design learning experiences based on adult learning principles.
- Project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable, field-relevant training programs.
- Familiarity with training platforms and tools such as Absorb, ACTO, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Experience with training metrics, learning assessments, and performance tracking.
- Background in cardiology, cardiovascular diagnostics, or related clinical specialties is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support new-hire onboarding with the Sales Training team, including program structure, facilitation, and tracking outcomes.
- Design and build a new leadership development track for new and emerging sales leaders, from needs assessment through launch.
- Facilitate leadership development sessions, workshops, onboarding sessions, and ongoing training in person and virtually.
- Coach new and first-time leaders on feedback, performance management, and team development.
- Gather field feedback and learning needs to shape future programs.
- Create original content for leadership and training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts on accuracy and alignment.
- Adapt content for live and digital delivery and contribute to digital learning modules and interactive content.
- Support national and regional sales events with aligned content and facilitation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial partners to reinforce messaging, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
- Support training pull-through for product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
