Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of commercial experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Partner.
  • Have experience across different HR functions and processes.
  • Understand business needs, priorities, and challenges and translate them into relevant HR solutions.
  • Know modern practices in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and recognition, engagement, HR process automation, and HR analytics.
  • Build effective partnerships with managers and provide HR expertise and advice.
  • Handle complex and sensitive people-related situations confidently.
  • Demonstrate critical and systems thinking and a practical, business-value-oriented approach.
  • Bring emotional intelligence, empathy, respect, tolerance, openness, and a supportive, diplomatic approach.
  • Have Upper-Intermediate or Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and, when needed, employees on HR matters and help resolve issues.
  • Analyze business goals, needs, priorities, and challenges, then develop and implement relevant HR initiatives.
  • Deliver HR projects and activities across assigned business units, coordinating work with other HR team members.
  • Plan headcount, participate in budgeting, and coordinate organizational structure planning and effectiveness reviews.
  • Initiate vacancies with managers, oversee the hiring process, and participate in filling key roles.
  • Manage performance reviews and compensation and motivation reviews, recognize achievements, and address underperformance.
  • Resolve complex and sensitive employee matters, requests, and escalations.
  • Coordinate promotions, internal transfers, parental leave transitions, replacements, and changes or endings of work arrangements.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through exit interviews, engagement survey focus groups, and regular one-to-ones.
  • Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and support employee experience activities such as corporate events and team-building.
