Requirements
- Bring 12+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategy roles within high-growth businesses.
- Demonstrate experience building and scaling new businesses or programs.
- Show a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Have proficiency in SQL and the ability to independently extract data and run complex analyses.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies and plans.
- Operationalize strategy by standing up programs, building processes, and driving execution in complex global markets.
- Influence executive leadership and drive accountability across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Navigate ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Develop tools and systems, interpret business risks, and recommend practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Marketplace experience, particularly within a digital company, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end program plans for launching and scaling new service categories.
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution across geographies, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate Business Operations, Market Management, Product Pods, and engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams.
- Use SQL to extract insights from raw data, build financial models, size market opportunities, and establish KPIs.
- Evaluate and execute supply sourcing strategies, including individual local hosts and partnerships.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks, develop contingency plans, and translate local market feedback into scalable requirements.
- Improve processes and systems to support operational efficiency and scale.
