Bachelor's degree preferred.
Director-level leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading teams, projects, and operational initiatives across multiple locations.
Home care, healthcare, human services, staffing, operations, or related industry experience preferred.
Ability to influence, coach, and motivate teams at multiple organizational levels.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity during periods of growth and change.
Strong technology and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability and willingness to travel 60–80% throughout New England.
Demonstrated record of achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.

Partner with divisional leadership to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
Provide leadership and operational support to Assistive Care State Programs offices throughout New England.
Support and mentor Client Services Managers and operational team members across multiple locations.
Lead special projects to improve office performance, efficiency, and growth.
Assist offices with caseload management, operational challenges, and process improvement.
Analyze operational and financial metrics to support divisional goals.
Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes and systems.
Support employee onboarding, development, and coaching.
Travel throughout New England to provide hands-on leadership, training, and support.
