Requirements
- Have 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, project management, business development, consulting, digital marketing, or a related professional services environment.
- Bring significant experience in a digital, creative, marketing, technology, or integrated agency environment; this experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate experience managing client relationships and associated projects simultaneously.
- Have strong project management capabilities across scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- Show success managing complex, high-value client relationships and developing senior- and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and develop organic account growth opportunities.
- Have experience leading or significantly contributing to new business pitches, RFP responses, proposals, presentations, estimates, and scope development.
- Understand agency financial fundamentals, including revenue forecasting, project budgets, profitability, and utilization.
- Have a broad understanding of digital strategy and services and connect business challenges to multidisciplinary solutions.
- Demonstrate presentation, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with executive presence.
- Be able to lead and influence cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
- Be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on project management.
- Be able to travel for client meetings, pitches, conferences, and agency events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own key agency accounts and serve as the primary point of accountability for client relationships and delivery.
- Build strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead planning sessions, business reviews, and executive presentations.
- Manage client engagements from initiation through completion, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and delivery.
- Coordinate work across Strategy, Creative, Content, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and production teams.
- Monitor account health, project performance, revenue, forecasts, budgets, and utilization.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and develop account growth plans.
- Manage new business pitches and lead proposals, presentations, scopes, estimates, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor Client Services team members and contribute to improving team processes and project management standards.
