Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing production, agency programme management, or marketing operations.
- Bring experience ideally in consumer subscriptions, streaming, or music in APAC.
- Have a proven track record in clearance and rights management, including brand review, legal claims, talent and music licensing, and creator usage rights.
- Be able to turn a one-page outline into a polished executive presentation deck within 48 hours without a designer.
- Coordinate effectively across country, global, creative, legal, and finance teams.
- Write crisp weekly status updates, escalate issues early, and maintain tight workbacks.
- Have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the path from approved brief to live asset for partner launches, managing asset trackers, agency workbacks, and launch-day checklists.
- Brief agencies and manage schedules for creative adaptations, cutdowns, end-card swaps, Shorts, app-install verticals, and store assets.
- Maintain the social publishing plan across creator, brand, and partner channels, coordinating paid-boost requests and scheduled publishing.
- Track artist deliverables, UI screenshots, and store-listing assets for app-install campaigns across Apple Search Ads, App Campaigns, and in-app placements.
- Submit assets through Brand Standards, Legal claims review, and global content clearance, tracking status and flagging rights windows.
- Prepare briefs, deliverables lists, and timelines for music partnership teams coordinating with labels and artists.
- Manage vendor and finance operations, including SOWs, PO requests, invoices, testing budgets, and approvals.
- Track programme status across country, global, and creative teams; maintain testing calendars, decision logs, status reports, meeting notes, action items, and programme files.
- Create presentation decks for monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and GTM forum pre-reads, and package learnings into handoff kits and playbooks.
