Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Significant experience in product or service management within a global technology services organization.
Demonstrated track record of managing the implementation of new products or product lines.
Extensive knowledge of market segments, product portfolios, and technology solution lifecycles.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Sound financial awareness and commercial acumen for strategic opportunity evaluation.
Strong strategic thinking, critical analysis, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking proficiency.
Proven experience in people management, coaching, and stakeholder leadership.
Understanding of organizational transformation and change-management programs.
Ability to manage ambiguity and make informed portfolio decisions.
Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile or ITIL are advantageous.

Develop, own, and execute product and service strategies to support organizational objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to guide current and future offerings.
Manage product lifecycle roadmaps, including new features, enhancements, and retirement decisions.
Identify, assess, and manage vendors, partners, and suppliers supporting the portfolio.
Establish pricing models and contribute to promotional and distribution strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to conduct competitor analysis and strengthen market positioning.
Deliver product training and communications to enable client-facing and internal teams.
Lead the implementation of new products and initiatives.
