Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings.
- Experience with recruiting, HR tech, or matching/marketplace-style products.
- Track record of building B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience running customer discovery calls and QBRs.
- Demonstrated experience designing analytics, dashboards, or workflow tools.
- Experience solving 0-to-1/greenfield product problems.
- Comfortable presenting to and meeting with TA leaders at large enterprises.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to reside in Bengaluru, India.
- English language fluency required.
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for the recruiter-facing workflow and analytics experience.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-ready solutions.
- Design and refine dashboards and reporting to help recruiters manage workloads.
- Analyze usage data and run experiments to improve workflow efficiency and candidate matching.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies and build business cases for new offerings.
