Requirements

8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings.
Prior experience as a software developer is ideal.
Proven track record of building B2B SaaS applications.
Experience conducting customer discovery calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Ability to translate enterprise feedback directly into product decisions.
Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling products with measurable business impact.
Comfortable presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders at large enterprises.
Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in cross-functional leadership.
Proven track record of executive-level presentations on business value and strategy.
Must be fluent in English; only English submissions considered.
Must reside in Bengaluru (Bangalore).

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap for the hiring-manager-facing product suite.
Identify and implement AI opportunities to improve results and insights for hiring teams.
Prioritize features based on enterprise customer needs and business objectives.
Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Analyze usage and outcome data to optimize the user experience.
Design and execute experiments for new onboarding and results-delivery approaches.
Partner with GTM teams to develop expansion strategies and business cases for new offerings.
