Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings.
- Prior experience as a software developer is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience running customer discovery calls and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling products with measurable business impact.
- Comfortable leading client meetings with senior stakeholders at large enterprises.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in executive-level presentations and gaining buy-in for product strategy.
- Must reside in Bengaluru, India.
- Must be able to work in a schedule that overlaps with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap and strategy for the hiring-manager-facing product suite.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for clearer and more actionable insights.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
- Analyze usage data and design experiments to improve the onboarding and results-delivery experience.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on expansion strategies and build business cases for new offerings.
