Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings.
- Experience in recruiting, HR tech, or matching/marketplace-style products.
- Track record of building B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience designing analytics, dashboards, or workflow tools.
- Comfortable conducting customer discovery calls and QBRs.
- Ability to build new solutions from 0-to-1.
- Experience presenting in client meetings with recruiting and TA leaders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English (submissions must be 100% in English).
- Must reside in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for the recruiter-facing workflow and analytics experience.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Design and refine dashboards and reporting to assist recruiters in managing their workload.
- Analyze usage data to identify workflow bottlenecks and improve candidate matching quality.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies and new offerings.
