Requirements

- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes involving senior sponsors.
- Strong track record in executing transformation roadmaps, programme governance, and benefits realisation.
- Excellent ability to develop and communicate compelling, evidence-based narratives for change.
- Strong commercial judgment connecting transformation to business outcomes like growth and cost efficiency.
- Technology fluency to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and data teams.
- Experience in private equity, transaction advisory, or high-growth technology businesses preferred.
- Significant experience in a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, or logistics.
- Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Collaborative, action-oriented leadership style with ability to build alignment across complex programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initial diagnosis and mobilisation through delivery.
- Develop clear transformation roadmaps covering target operating models, initiative sequencing, and expected benefits.
- Establish effective programme governance, delivery rhythms, and decision-making structures.
- Engage senior stakeholders and build organisational commitment through structured facilitation.
- Design and implement change-management strategies covering communication, organisation design, and capability building.
- Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications.
- Support post-deal value creation and business continuity for portfolio-company leadership teams.
- Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, and technology operating models.
- Build trusted client relationships and mentor colleagues in transformation and programme leadership.
