Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience.
- Bring hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
- Have experience working with AI or implementing AI in products or business processes.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.
- Use a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bring strong organizational and delivery skills.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation.
- Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and define project requirements.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead implementation of products, tools, or processes in existing business workflows.
- Lead change management and adapt execution to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs to keep delivery aligned with business outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams.
