Requirements
- 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Customer Success, TAM, or Solutions Engineering).
- Proven ownership of a $6M+ book of business for large enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees).
- Deep technical understanding of enterprise security, governance, CVE exposure, and air-gapped deployments.
- Experience with data science, ML, or developer tooling platforms (e.g., Databricks, Domino, Dataiku, SageMaker).
- Ability to read logs and error output to triage technical issues.
- Proven ability to build relationships across complex organizations from practitioners to C-suite.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate onboarding, workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- AI fluency for research, documentation, and drafting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building deep relationships from practitioners to C-suite stakeholders.
- Accelerate onboarding and adoption through environment setup, CVE policy configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor usage health, identify expansion opportunities, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, channeling technical feedback and enhancement requests.
- Build the technical narrative for QBRs and executive engagement, documenting use cases and value delivered.
- Use AI as a force multiplier to improve success approaches and contribute to team infrastructure.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members through account reviews and technical strategy sessions.
- Operate within a Go-To-Market pod to coordinate account plans and commercial pursuit.
