Requirements
- CPC and/or CPB certification required.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership.
- Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for SUD/OUD/G Codes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring team leads or managers.
- Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding and revenue integrity practices.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize metrics into executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Experience managing payor relationships and appeals.
- Experience working cross-functionally and project managing internal initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor billing team managers, fostering leadership development and team engagement.
- Cascade strategic organizational goals into clear team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Oversee end-to-end RCM operations including claims, denials, and payor follow-up.
- Direct the full payor onboarding lifecycle, including credentialing and CAQH maintenance.
- Partner with internal leadership to prioritize and design claims automation initiatives.
- Execute high-priority strategic and operational RCM projects.
- Report key RCM metrics and operational status to leadership regularly.
