Job Details

CPC and/or CPB certification required.
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership.
Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for SUD/OUD/G Codes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and leading lower-level managers or team leads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and guide decision-making.
Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing metrics into executive-level reports and dashboards.
Working knowledge of RCM best practices including billing, charge capture, and third-party reimbursements.
Fundamental knowledge of revenue integrity (CPT and ICD-10 coding) and compliance requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills.

Lead, coach, and mentor billing team managers, building leadership capability, succession plans, and team engagement.
Cascade strategic organizational goals into clear team KPIs, establishing manager-level accountability and performance metrics.
Oversee workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation to support scaling operations.
Manage end-to-end RCM operations—including claims management, payor follow-up, appeals, denials, and write-offs.
Monitor key operational KPIs and benchmarks, establishing standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Direct the full payor onboarding lifecycle, including market research, contract applications, and credentialing.
Partner with internal leadership to prioritize, design, and implement claims automation initiatives.
Execute high-priority strategic and operational projects in alignment with long-term RCM objectives.
