Requirements
- 5+ years’ progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience analyzing large data sets and driving measurable operational improvements
- Strong project leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Power BI skills (preferred)
- Prior leadership or management experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead initiatives to improve collections, reduce aging, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency
- Partner with leaders, supervisors, billers, and stakeholders to drive accountability and results
- Resolve reimbursement barriers, manage payer escalations, and improve reimbursement performance
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive-level performance summaries
