Requirements
- 2+ years of IT project management (planning, scheduling, communication, problem-solving, change/risk management).
- 1+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience managing projects under Agile and Fixed Price contracts.
- Technical experience (e.g., previous work as QA or Developer).
- Experience in Fintech or Healthcare domains.
- Practical knowledge of Agile and SDLC.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation and management techniques.
- English level: Intermediate or above.
- German level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or above.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of projects.
- Manage timelines, risks and business expectations of the customer.
- Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management.
- Plan, control, and allocate project budgets.
- Maintain close communication with internal/external project stakeholders.
- Forecast project growth and decline.
- Monitor and improve team performance metrics.
- Perform RFP analysis and prepare proposed solution evaluations.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals for clients.
- Build teams, manage project timelines, and coach/mentor project staff.
