Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and build strong relationships, especially at the executive level.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German.
- Superior project and time management skills.
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Help clients identify their needs and match them with relevant features and products.
- Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of Insider One technology.
- Coordinate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide technical support.
- Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities to increase client value.
- Share feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities with the team.
- Build trusted adviser relationships and support overall customer satisfaction.
- Plan strategies to meet customer objectives and resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute product ideas to inform the product roadmap.
