Requirements
- Several years of experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
- Experience leading budgets of $250k+ per month.
- Prior agency experience or experience running an in-house account for a 7–8 figure e-commerce brand is strongly preferred.
- A strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
- Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
- Ability to work within approximately two hours of UK working hours.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- TikTok Ads experience is a plus but is not essential.
- Experience across DTC categories such as supplements, skincare, fashion, or home care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within the POD, predominantly on Meta and sometimes on TikTok depending on the client mix.
- Audit ad accounts and use account and Triple Whale data to inform ongoing strategy and optimisations.
- Partner with the Growth Strategist to translate paid social strategy into concrete account actions.
- Test and scale creative produced internally and externally.
- Provide clear, proactive client updates, including pacing against monthly goals and commentary on overall performance.
- Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and recommended future direction for each account to the Growth Strategist.
- Align account actions with the objectives and KPIs set by the Growth Strategist.
- Maintain ad account hygiene through clear structure and naming conventions.
