Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
- Demonstrated experience building and executing integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and marketing's influence on the pipeline.
- Hands-on experience running paid search and LinkedIn campaigns directly in platform.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign funnel metrics and pipeline data.
- Experience managing multiple demand generation channels including email, content, and webinars.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset for partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns and programs end to end to drive qualified pipeline.
- Build multi-channel programs across email, paid media, content, webinars, events, and account-based marketing.
- Manage in-house paid media programs across channels including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and ChatGPT.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign alignment, accurate lead flow, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize messaging and creative to improve results.
- Help refine and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on business priorities.
