- Ability to build AI risk oversight, including privacy, fairness, and human oversight controls.
- Experience as an AI-native operator capable of applying rigor to HR and workforce functions.
Responsibilities
- Measure and surface AI's impact on workforce productivity, efficiency shifts, and capacity reallocation.
- Build data infrastructure for predictive workforce transformation and productivity reporting.
- Redesign job architecture and career pathways to align with AI-driven task automation.
- Lead strategic workforce planning for hiring, automation, and upskilling initiatives.
- Define and build future-ready workforce skills including technical, judgment-based, and AI fluency.
- Lead the transition to skills-based rewards and career development frameworks.
- Establish enterprise policy and governance for AI use in people and business decisions, focusing on privacy and fairness.
