Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, care delivery, workforce management, or analytics (12+ with master's, 10+ with PhD).
- Significant leadership experience at the Director level or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in capacity planning and workforce staffing operations.
- Proven track record of improving cost-of-revenue, gross margin, and cost-to-serve through data-driven decisions.
- Experience leading AI-enabled or highly automated operations or analytics functions in healthcare or regulated domains.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including ROI tracking and capacity modeling.
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels and lead large-scale cross-functional change.
- Proficiency with predictive modeling, AI-supported dashboards, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an operating vision for the department as the operational brain and data engine for care teams.
- Translate company and care team strategies into a 1–3 year departmental roadmap covering capacity planning, staffing, and analytics.
- Design and evolve operating rhythms, forecasting cadences, and visibility systems for workforce management.
- Build and scale capacity planning models for multi-condition care teams to ensure efficient coverage at sustainable costs.
- Oversee the administration of third-party licensing and credentialing software to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the AI transformation agenda for care team analytics, including predictive models for supply and demand.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on capacity planning, staffing, and operational efficiency.
