Job Details

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or program management.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience working directly with stakeholders or cross-functional teams.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to independently lead projects from kickoff through adoption.
Experience with workflow and business systems configuration.
Ability to work in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of Rippling and other workflow platforms is advantageous.
Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, DevOps, LLMs, AI, or healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST) is beneficial.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives, including discovery, requirements gathering, future-state design, and implementation.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to translate business needs into actionable project plans and workflows.
Map current- and future-state processes and develop clear SOPs and documentation.
Configure and optimize enterprise applications, workflow platforms, and automation tools.
Design robust ETL processes to support data stability and security.
Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
